You will work closely alongside top PE firms and industry CEOs to identify, acquire and build companies. Your responsibilities will be driven by your initiative. Specifically, you will:
- Examine investment opportunities alongside private equity GPs and top executives from companies such as Wal*Mart, GE, Time Warner, FedEx, Berkshire Hathaway.
- Analyze and evaluate the key business drivers, opportunities and risks during diligence.
- Advise portfolio company CEOs on growth; accelerate key initiatives by coordinating ad hoc teams of targeted executives.
- Work alongside GPs at some of the world’s leading private equity firms.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to set the firm’s strategy.
- Navigate the ins and outs of various industries (retail, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, etc.)
