Hayley shares responsibility for developing the firm’s private equity partnerships, sector investment initiatives, and investment execution.

Prior to Kingfish, Hayley was an Associate on the Mergers and Acquisitions team at America's Group, a private equity-backed company. There, she focused on diligence and transaction execution, supporting the team in closing several strategic acquisitions. She began her career in consumer investment banking at Kroll, where she advised on sell-side M&A transactions across the food manufacturing, beauty & personal care, and restaurant sectors.

Hayley graduated from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, and an M.S. in Finance.
