Niki assists in the firm's finance function, financial reporting, tax compliance, investor relations, and SEC compliance.

She is a seasoned accounting and finance leader with deep expertise in fund and corporate accounting within the private equity and investment management space. She brings over a decade of experience supporting complex investment vehicles, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit execution across a broad range of entity structures.

Prior to Kingfish, Niki spent several years at Oak Hill Advisors, a global investment management firm with more than $50 billion in assets under management, where she oversaw accounting and reporting for funds ranging from $150 million to over $1 billion in assets under management, as well as numerous SPVs. Earlier in her career, she began her professional foundation in public accounting at EY, where she worked on audit engagements for complex financial institutions and investment clients.

Niki graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant
