Nikita shares responsibility for conducting market research and developing the firm’s executive partnerships.

Prior to Kingfish, Nikita worked at IIM Ahmedabad as an Academic Associate - Economics, where she assisted professors with the courses offered at the institute.

Nikita graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University with a B.A. in Economics and from Symbiosis School of Economics with an M.S. in Economics.
