Shelly is responsible for the firm’s US Recruiting and HR functions.

Prior to Kingfish, Shelly worked at Oaktree Capital Management, where she was responsible for managing the firm’s Investment Associate Program, recruiting across all levels and departments, process improvements, and system implementations.

Shelly graduated from the Leeds School of Business at The University of Colorado Boulder, with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management.
