Tate shares responsibility for developing the firm’s private equity partnerships, sector investment initiatives, and investment execution.

Prior to joining Kingfish, Tate worked in Business Development at Monachil Capital Partners, a private credit investment firm based in Greenwich, CT. Tate began his career as an analyst on the Equities Sales & Trading floor at Citi in New York.

Tate graduated from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Management Consulting. He was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team.
